Olimpia is a seating family defined by a strong graphic identity, where frame and seat interact in a subtle balance between strength and lightness. Is made through the use of Jacquard looms that allows to create the characteristic weave of this article. This type of weave creates an irregular surface that masks the classic orthogonal weft and warp effect typical of fabrics. The wool blend weft yarn used enhances this effect even more making it three-dimensional, "swollen", intertwining with a fine warp composed of two yarns: one smooth in cotton and one "flaming", in viscose and linen that help to "move ” visually the fabric.
